Section 31 of The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 View Chapter 5

Members and staff of Tribunal to be public servants.

The 1[Chairman and other Members] and the officers and other employees provided under section 13 to a Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
